Ergocert is on the Best Workplaces™ for Young Professionals Hellas 2026 list!

The organisation Great Place To Work® Hellas announced today its first annual list of Best Workplaces™ for Young Professionals which recognises companies that are an exceptional workplace for young professionals.

The Best Workplaces™ for Young Professionals category is an international initiative by Great Place To Work®, aiming to highlight organisations that create an environment of growth, development and meaningful experience where young professionals can feel they are treated fairly.

We are pleased to share that Ergocert Hellas is included in the list, achieving 3rd place in the category of businesses with 20-49 employees and what is more, from the our organisation's first year participating in the Great Place To Work® survey.

The process for inclusion in the Best Workplaces™ for Young Professionals list

Companies that have previously been included in the Best Workplaces™ for Young Professionals list can join gain Great Place To Work® certification, and in addition employ at least 20 employees, of which 40% or more are aged up to 34.

This distinction is based on the anonymous and confidential assessment carried out by the company's employees regarding their experience of their working environment, and the ranking of the companies resulted from the employees« assessment in conjunction with the »For All" methodology.

The new generation of professionals is looking for something more than just a job and has high expectations of the companies they work with. They are looking for a working environment with transparency, trust and career prospects.
Our inclusion in the Best Workplaces™ for Young Professionals list is an important recognition of effort we are making to shape a space where our new partners will acquire knowledge, experience and reward during their professional development.
